Nach einer klassischen kaufmännischen Banklehre habe ich die Höhere Fachschule für Betriebswirtschaft absolviert und bin seit 20 Jahren im Personalbereich tätig, unter anderem viele Jahre als Personalleiterin von verschiedenen internationalen Unternehmungen. So durfte ich vielseitige Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Menschen und Kulturen machen. Daraus sind Verbindungen entstanden, die bis heute halten.

Ich habe mich entschieden, andere Menschen zu unterstützen. Meine Ausbildung zum Systemischen Coach und Berater (SCM) und zum NLP Practitioner& NLP Coach habe ich an der CoachAkademie Schweiz (CAS) absolviert. Ich habe die Aufstellungsarbeit gelernt und leite auch Meditationen an. Ich biete Workshops in verschiedenen Themen an und praktiziere Reiki (Energiearbeit).

Während meiner vielen Jahre in der Wirtschaft habe ich immer wieder festgestellt, dass Menschen dem steigenden Druck ausgesetzt sind und für sich Inseln suchen, um dem Stress zu entfliehen. Wie kann man da die Ruhe bewahren und dem mit Gelassenheit begegnen? Wir können andere nicht verändern, sondern müssen an uns selber arbeiten.
